Amber Animator is designed from the ground up for children, families, and schools. We do not collect, store, transmit, profile, or sell any personal data. The app operates 100% locally on your device with zero third-party tracking, analytics, or advertisements.
When you use Amber Animator, you are never required to create an account, log in, or provide personal details such as your name, email address, physical address, age, or location. We collect zero analytics, behavioral telemetry, or crash profiling data.
All photos, audio recordings, project files, and exported animations created within Amber Animator remain strictly inside the app's sandboxed local storage on your device. We do not operate remote servers or cloud storage for user media.

Amber Animator strictly complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K). Because we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of child data exposure or third-party tracking.
All financial transactions are handled securely and directly by Apple's StoreKit infrastructure. Amber Animator does not store or process payment information. To protect young users from accidental purchases or external navigation, all purchasing and settings areas are protected behind an interactive mathematical Parental Gate.
