Welcome to Amber Animator. By downloading, installing, or using the Amber Animator application on iOS/iPadOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Amber Animator on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. User Ownership of Created Content

You own all rights to the animations, movies, photos, and audio recordings you create using Amber Animator. We claim no copyright, ownership, or licensing rights over your user-generated content. You are free to export, publish, showcase, and share your movies anywhere.

3. In-App Purchases & Lifetime Pro Access

Amber Animator offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase ("Amber Animator Pro") which unlocks advanced tools including 4K video export, watermark removal, multi-frame onion skinning, and custom soundtrack imports.

• No Subscriptions: The Pro upgrade is a single, one-time lifetime purchase. There are no recurring charges.
• Family Sharing: The purchase supports Apple Family Sharing, allowing up to 5 family members to share access under Apple's family sharing terms.
• Refunds: All payments and refund requests are processed directly by Apple through your Apple ID account according to Apple's refund policies.

4. Educational & Classroom Use

Schools, educators, and school districts may purchase volume licenses of Amber Animator through Apple School Manager and the Volume Purchase Program (VPP). Classroom projects created on school devices are subject to the educational institution's local policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Amber Animator is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously test to ensure rock-solid stability and zero memory crashes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across every possible hardware configuration.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
